Change in the way procedural documents submitted by representatives are presented and signed through the information system supporting the activity of judicial courts (Citius);
Possibility of presentation, by representatives and in the processes of both jurisdictions, of electronic documents in multimedia format (video, audio and photography);
Practice of procedural acts electronically by representatives before judicial administrators and vice versa, within the scope of processes regulated by the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code;
Possibility for representatives to consult electronically processes in which they do not exercise judicial power of attorney;
