Today, I’m going to talk about the main issues you and your team should focus on when developing a content strategy in a limited amount of time.
1. Identify Who You Want to Talk to
The first step is to identify your target audience . Who do you want to reach with your content? What does your average customer look like? Who is currently reading your content? What are they concerned about?

3. Identify the Keywords
These are the search terms that bring strangers to your website. What are your target audience searching for that relates to your business or industry?
