The first train on the Yamanote Line starts service at 4:30 am and the last train leaves at 01:20 am. The schedule remains stable throughout the year except for December 31 and January 1 .

At peak times a train passes every 2 and a half minutes . Outside of rush hour, the average wait time is 3-4 minutes .

Chuo Line : This is a rapid subway service that Latest Mailing Database runs on the Yamanote Line. It connects Tokyo station with Shinjuku station.
Keihin-Tohoku Line – Parallel to the Yamanote Line on its eastern side and with stops at Ueno, Tokyo, and Shinagawa stations.
Sobu Line – Goes via the Yamanote Line in a similar fashion to the Chuo Line. However, it is the slower of the two.
