One-way communication is a thing of the past. Today, you can connect with customers on a deeper level through interactive content. Stop talking at your customers and talk to them instead. Give them a chance to respond and give you a reason to work.
Static content is a thing of the past. It only shares your ideas and doesn’t give your audience a chance to express their thoughts. Focus on creating dialogues in your content.
Some ways to do this are to create interactive challenges and quizzes. You can also create games and live events that your customers can participate in.
