The International Peace Marathon can be called by many names because it has a different meaning for everyone. On the one hand, there are so many meanings. And on the other, there is one goal – to achieve something exceptional.

A record 17,000+ runners celebrated
The 100th anniversary with their participation, and thousands more runners supported him on the streets of the city. Be that as it may, our colleagues also took part. Who took part in the marathon in various categories, wore out their running shoes on the Košice track. Although we didn’t have a single person on the track who would dare to run the entire 42,195 meters this year, our jerseys found their owners in the mini-marathon (12 km), half-marathon (5) and relay (7). I won’t mention them all by name; however, they deserve aero leads all the credit and imaginary applause for their outstanding efforts. As a spectator, I equally applaud all those who simply dropped in for a cup of coffee or tea and enjoyed the event together with the runners. After all, that’s the magic of the Košice Peace Marathon, isn’t it.
